Its tasks were: 1. to propose a bold, common world security system; 2. thereafter, to proceed to the disarmament of the planet. This was admirable, pure logic, the grand way to lead to colossal savings on this planet but it was cut short of implementation by the cold war. Now that the cold war is over, I would recommend that the Military Staff Committee be pressed to accomplish the tasks meant for it. On an ad hoc basis a head of army from Africa, Asia and Latin America should be added to it. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Forgiveness I would like the United Nations to submit a yearly report on World forgiveness: forgiveness for past misdeeds, forgiveness for hatred and antagonism, forgiveness for untruths, false accusations and harsh language, forgiveness for wars and killings, for exploiting, for damaging, for destroying the Earth. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women,Indigenous People To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. WORD FOR THE DAY Please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, "If this isn’t nice, I don’t know what is." ~ Kurt Vonnegut More from Robert Muller: RobertMuller.org Subscribe to/or unsubscribe from Robert Muller's GoodMorningWorld.org Click on any of these tags-labels to see more entries from Robert that have the tag-label:

A first approach is to consider and study human attitudes like happiness, hatred, democracy, revolting, protesting, revendications. Another approach is to consider what is good and what is bad for the Earth and humanity. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume I - The Great Scene of Creation Chapter 2 - Our Miraculous Planetary Home Planetization will force the global community to undertake new tasks for the happiness of all human beings in the global community. This is the awesome challenge to impending planetary management or proper Earth government. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women, IndigenousPeople To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. Daily Ray of Hope Photo by Barney Koszalka | Old Faithful, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming Do not think that love in order to be genuine has to be extraordinary. [GMW #2249] A Blueprint For The Loving World We Long For

[GMW #2249] A Blueprint For The Loving World We Long For Tuesday 5 July 2011 2011, Editor: Easy | RobertMuller.org | Contact | Subscribe | Unsubscribe | Biography | World Core Curriculum | Store | Facebook | Twitter | GMW Blogs: English | Portuguese | Spanish | Tagalog | Dutch | Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 1001 to 1500 ~ Idea 1047 ~    23 May 1997 Let us set as our target to make the next century the century of romanticism, love, beauty and peace, burying once and for all wars, violence, injustices, discrimination and hatred.  Why not try?  I would like to head a World Commission of Loving Visionaries who would design a heavenly blueprint for such a world and humanity.  Nothing is impossible when the proud human race, the most advanced in the evolution on this planet decides so.  What is missing is the decision to do it.  Mark my words, let us do it. This thought was triggered off today when Barbara Gaughen phoned me to say that I am writing to her the most romantic letters and read to me a message from Bob Silverstein which says: "As I was reading Robert Muller's ideas for a better world to post for the week on the web page, I had to pause and smiled at how blessed the world of the present and future are to have such an insightful, inspiring soul giving so much of himself to us all.  He has provided for humanity a blueprint for creating the world we all long for.  Please thank Robert for me for his wonderful and deep love of life and humanity." Well, I have to merit these great words. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,   Volume II Chapter 5 - Of Love If only humans could stop hating each other.  Love could come later.
