[GMW #4329] UnThingizing The World With A Human Touch Of Life

[GMW #4329] UnThingizing The World With A Human Touch Of Life Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4715 ~
We humans do everything we can to prolong human life and at the same time some governments are filling the Earth and outer space with nuclear weapons able to annihilate all of us. That is only one of the innumerable, unintelligent contradictions of the present human society.

But this thought has also occurred to me: suppose we would be able to prolong human life even more to make us live forever: immortal.

What a catastrophe this would be: innumerable authors would write many books translated into many languages, wanting to be read by everybody; innumerable painters would never cease producing paintings; builders would endlessly build more and bigger businesses invent ever more products, etc. It would never end. The whole human species would be thinginized to an incredible degree. And what would be the fate of the Earth?

A film maker should produce a film: If Humans Never Died!  It could bring forth quite a few lessons.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living
Chapter 5 - Of Love  Lessons from others, questions by others, the vagaries and accidents of life, the fortuity of human encounters and love, those are our great teachers.

[GMW #4050] Ideas On Nurturing Better Ways To Resolve Emergency Issues

[GMW #4050] Ideas On Nurturing Better Ways To Resolve Emergency Issues Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4443 ~
In addition to the urgency of these world conferences, it would be useful to excerpt from my 4500 ideas any ideas having an emergency character. The result could easily be several hundred emergency ideas and actions to save planet Earth and humanity.

Chapter 2 - Our Miraculous Planetary Home

Astrophysicists tell us that the conditions necessary for the birth of life on any planet in the universe are so innumerable that they represent the most astronomical mathematical improbability figure humans can conceive.

[GMW #3805] Write & Nurture With Passion Your Own Thousands Of Ideas For A Better World

[GMW #3805] Write & Nurture With Passion Your Own Thousands Of Ideas For A Better World Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4200 ~
Mrs. Eirween Harbottle, the widow of General Harbottle who created the International Association of Retired Generals and Admirals for Peace wrote me a letter informing me of several of her activities but complained of her perennial problem: the lack of funds.

In my answer to her I had this remark:

"It is natural that people and movements like ours have little money. If we had we would probably be on the other side of the fence. It has been like that throughout history.

When I see that my self-published nine volumes of 4000 ideas sell poorly, I smile with happiness, because it gives God and the saints an opportunity to do a miracle. They are a goldmine of ideas and excerpts on innumerable world subjects. They are all on the Internet at www.RobertMuller.org.

Please start also a thousand ideas and dreams for world peace, including those of your dear husband Michael. His soul will come during the night and relight them in your mind and heart. Ask him to do it. Saints can be active only when solicited, prayed for."

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 8 - The Life Beyond
I have innumerable children: my ideas and visions of how beautiful life on this planet can be. It would help us understand our life's objective better if we said like St. Teresa: "I will spend my heaven doing good on Earth."

Personally, I have decided to return to Earth as a spirit to needle heads of state and world leaders to make peace, to administer this planet for the good and happiness of all, to make this Earth a paradise in the universe.

[GMW #3801] Be Right For Humanity - Redeploy Military & Armament Industries For Nurturing A Better World

[GMW #3801] Be Right For Humanity - Redeploy Military & Armament Industries For Nurturing A Better World Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4196 ~
An interesting point of human nature: The militaries of the US government recommend that a large number of military bases existing in various US states be suppressed in order to save money.

The US newspapers report that this is strongly opposed by US parliamentarians from the 'affected' states which do not want to lose the income and employment derived from those bases.

Well, here is a repetition of what happens with nations: they do not want to reduce their militaries and armaments in order not to lose the industries and employment deriving from them.

HOW WRONG CAN HUMANITY GET?

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 8 - The Life Beyond
It is not right to burn the demised.
It is not right to lock them in non-degradable coffins
It is not right to imprison them in vaults of cement.
It is not right to make mummies out of them

The Earth wants them back into her fold
to reabsorb them into her flesh and elements
and resurrect them into innumerable, evolving, other life forms.
Amen

The Book Of Life - J. Krishnamurti - Daily Quotes
VIRTUE HAS NO AUTHORITY

Can the mind be free from authority, which means free from fear, so that it is no longer capable of following? If so, this puts an end to imitation, which becomes mechanical.

After all, virtue, ethics, is not a repetition of what is good.
The moment it becomes mechanical, it ceases to be virtue.

Virtue is something that must be from moment to moment, like humility. Humility cannot be cultivated, and a mind that has no humility is incapable of learning. So virtue has no authority.

The social morality is no morality at all; it's immoral because it admits competition, greed, ambition, and therefore society is encouraging immorality.

Virtue is something that transcends morality. Without virtue there is no order, and order is not according to a pattern, according to a formula. A mind that follows a formula through disciplining itself to achieve virtue creates for itself the problems of immorality.

An external authority that the mind objectifies, apart from the law, as God, as moral, and so on, becomes destructive when the mind is seeking to understand what real virtue is.

We have our own authority as experience, as knowledge, which we are trying to follow. There is this constant repetition, imitation, which we all know. Psychological authority -not the authority of the law, the policeman who keeps order- the psychological authority, which each one has, becomes destructive of virtue because virtue is something that is living, moving.

As you cannot possibly cultivate humility, as you cannot possibly cultivate love, so also virtue cannot be cultivated; and there is great beauty in that.

Virtue is nonmechanical, and without virtue there is no foundation for clear thinking.
~ Krishnamurti, J. Krishnamurti, The Book of Life
