[GMW #4553] Ministries Of Happiness, Love, Dreams & Hope In Every Government

[GMW #4553] Ministries Of Happiness, Love, Dreams & Hope In Every Government Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000

~ Idea 4939 ~
An idea from my new book The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living:

The world abounds with people who want to dream, to love, to hope and to be happy, yet happiness, love, dreams and hope are nowhere to be found on the agendas of governments. There must be something wrong with this planet's politics.

There should be Ministries of Happiness, Love, Dreams and Hope in every government.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living
Chapter 4 - Of Spirituality

Do not be people-pleasers.
Be God-pleasers.

[GMW #3960] Women End The Horror Of Wars & Militarism - Fundamental Right Not To See Their Sons In War

[GMW #3960] Women End The Horror Of Wars & Militarism - Fundamental Right Not To See Their Sons In War Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4353 ~
The superiority of women over men in matters of peace and love for humans is demonstrated by the fact that they are not mobilized into armies to learn how to kill other human beings. They should also claim the sacred fundamental human right not to see their sons, the flesh of their flesh, mobilized and trained to kill the sons, the flesh of the flesh of other mothers in the world. When will this at long last happen?

Please all women of the world, wake up and put an end to the horror of wars and militarism.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume I - The Great Scene of Creation
Chapter 6 - I and Creation
Many people seek cosmic union through prayer, meditation, yoga or mysticism to see the bright, divine light as a transcendence, as something beyond, "higher", "above".

But suppose we see this Earth from another planet "below" and see it as a bright planet manifesting cosmic or divine energy in many life forms?

Then our planet would be a transcendence and human life would appear as something superior, "higher", "above", a transcendence. As a matter of fact, heaven is always above us, wherever we are.

[GMW #3542] I Never Ceased To Be A Hatmaker - To Fit A Hat For The Entire World

[GMW #3542] I Never Ceased To Be A Hatmaker - To Fit A Hat For The Entire World Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 3937 ~
I cannot understand that given the large number of old men in the world no one wears a hat anymore. It was indeed wise of me to go and work in the United Nations rather than being a hatmaker as were my father and grandfather. I still wear a hat even if I am not yet bald and I liked the remark of a US lady, after hearing me speak at the United Nations, that I had never ceased to be a hatmaker, that I was trying to fit a hat for the entire world!

Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 1 -
The Span of Life

The more I live, the greater becomes the part of the spirit and the lesser the part of the body and of the intellect. I am learning to become a cosmic unit, part of the cosmic flows.

There is no glory in star or blossom till looked upon by a loving eye; There is no fragrance in April breezes till breathed with joy as they wander by.

Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 1001 to 1500
~ Idea 1280 ~
11 January 1998
I will send my ideas to the first world conference of Ministers of Youth in Portugal in August of this year.

In addition to those from my 2000 ideas, I will propose that:

- only men aged forty or over should be sent to war because they decide the wars and then send to war young people who had no part in their decision to fight;

- no head of state, Minister, Parliamentarian or head of a national administration should be allowed to be more than forty to fifty years old, because they are the result of an obsolete, not up-to-date, non-global education and would take decisions and manage affairs in ways not commensurate with the needs of the new generation of youths who still have decades of life before them.

Barbara made the following comment to me when I read this text to her:

" I have concluded long ago that it is only worth talking to people of less than forty and of men of more than sixty. The first are open-minded and forward-looking, the others are experienced. You can forget about the middle category because they are sold out to existing systems, beliefs and institutions."

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume II Chapter 11 - Of Gratitude
The mere fact of being alive, of having consciousness is for me an endless source of astonishment and gratitude. I often smile at being alive. I have thus the right relationships with the circumstances of my life and never consider them more important than life itself. Rich or poor, in prison or in freedom, in success or in failure, in youth or in old age, in work or in leisure, I am always happy and deeply grateful to be alive. Happiness is the expression of my gratitude for life.

Daily Good
If everybody acted in a simple and human way, we'd all be saints. -- Don Sergio Castro ~~~~ Good News of the Day: "Some of his patients are sent to him by local hospitals, especially in hopeless cases; when, for example, amputation seems to be the only option. Sergio Castro is seen by many as the last hope. People come to him with gangrene, hoping that they will be able to keep their limbs, for he has achieved what some perceive as "miracles". Sergio is not a doctor; Sergio's somebody who really cares about people. And his clinic is actually not a clinic, but a museum of traditional indigenous costumes. Sergio has been working within the indigenous Mayan communities of Chiapas, the poorest and most deprived State of Mexico, for the past 40 years. Initially, his contribution was agricultural work, and helping to build water infrastructure before he began offering medical care. Like all true healers, Sergio didn't choose to become one. He was chosen, elected by the people who needed his help; and unlike many proclaimed healers, he's never asked a dime for his services." [More]
