There is only one sovereignty or precedence: that of the Earth and of humanity. There can no longer be an exception to this new evolutionary imperative. World laws on this planet must be reshaped accordingly. If the planet and humanity are accepted as the new, wider conceptual frameworks then all international conflicts will vanish.
