[GMW #4306] Peaceful Prosperous Countries Across The Planet

[GMW #4306] Peaceful Prosperous Countries Across The Planet   Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000

I suggest a new policy for the economic development of the poor countries and income redistribution between the rich and the poor countries by following the example of Costa Rica which became a peaceful, prosperous country as a result of the following:

- its total demilitarization, the money saved being used for social purposes
- to stop the deterioration of its land
- to become a visitors' paradise attracting people from all over the world
- to become a beloved retirement place for well to do people from the rich, polluted countries and overpopulated cities who want to enjoy a paradise of nature, a non-polluted, extraordinary pure air, at least in the rural areas of Costa Rica
- to live much cheaper in Costa Rica with their western social security, retirement benefits and capital investment income.

Chapter 5 - Of Love

Robert Schuman, the founder of the European Union considered that the resolution of a conflict was not the end of the job. Next came the creation of cooperation and love between the conflicting parties.
