Public service is over weighted in favor of production and
business. Greater attention must be given to the consumption side of humanity: insufficient consumption of many people, overconsumption and staggering waste by others, harmful consumption unduly taxing the Earth's resources and public health. A UN World Agency on consumption must be created with corresponding Ministries of Consumption in all countries. Like the International Labor Organization, the organization should have a tripartite representation: producers, consumers and governments. Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Beauty and Arts Beauty is what I see as beautiful. There are an infinite variety of beauties according to individual loves, from little stamps to the Himalayas. How rich, how beautiful a human life can be! We should be artists of our life. *
