world display
art treasures
and artifacts
which were
stolen from
poor countries
and colonies.
Many
collections of
very rich
people are
similarly dens
of robberies,
not even open
to the public.
UNESCO, the
world agency
concerned with
art and
culture,
should place
this item on
its agenda.

Let
there be no
illusions:
armaments will
only disappear
when national
sovereignties
will
disappear, for
their main
purpose is to
protect,
maintain,
assert,
strengthen and
expand these
sovereignties.
To discuss
disarmament is
therefore
fruitless. We
must discuss
instead the
disovereignization
of nations and
create a
common world
security
system and
Republic.
