make you one of the most important leaders of the
21st century if you would recommend the creation of
a United Nations Anti-terrorism Agency. The Agency
could be equipped with a World Police Center which
would serve as a clearing house for any information
on potential terrorism from any nation or source
around the world. The agency would be accompanied by
a World Anti-terrorist Tribunal to judge cases of
terrorism and apply sanctions and punishments. Yours
