When I think of all the
mistreatment I have given to my poor body for many
years, I stand in wonder for its astonishing
resistance and self-healing virtues! Thanks God, I
stopped smoking, avoid all alcoholic drinks and
changed my nutritional habits. Probably this saved
my life. I am in endless admiration for the
patient, incredible will for life of my stupendous
natural, God-given body.
