What a new, more modern, more democratic, more representative United Peoples' Organization it would be! Governments would be well penalized for not having taken the United Nations seriously enough and not permitted a peoples' representation in an organization whose charter starts with the words "We the peoples ...". On the contrary they kept the people scrupulously away from what was supposed to be 'their' organization'. What a major historic, evolutionary error that was!
