Further elaborating on the consciousness humanity has now of the
whole biosphere I recommend that in each government the Ministry
of the Environment should be replaced or complemented by a
Ministry of the Biosphere and that in addition to the new
profession of environmentalists we should see the birth of a
profession of biospherists.
