Or they can move to poor countries, buy a piece of land, live on their financial income or pension and provide labor to local people. We did both, getting domestic help from Latin America when we raised four children in the New York area and we did the second upon retirement. Here in Costa Rica we have our own peasant's land and employ a farm manager and three workers. They are happy to have steady jobs and so are we. We also let a bee grower and bean grower till part of the land to make a living.
