[GMW #4232] Reconcile - Rich Countries Decreasing Population, Poor Countries Increasing Population

[GMW #4232] Reconcile - Rich Countries Decreasing Population, Poor Countries Increasing Population Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4620 ~
The following are recent quite new fundamental factors in the world human population situation:

The fact that despite their poverty, the peoples of the poor countries (4.7 billion) continue to give profusely birth to children out of pure love or love making and are not influenced by the prospect that these children might be very poor, many remaining uneducated and unable to find employment. By the year 2050 their total population is expected to be a staggering 7.75 billion (an increase of 3.05 billion).

At the same time the people of the rich countries (1.2 billion) have less and less children and are expected to lose 40 million members by the year 2050, falling down to 1.16 billion.

This calls urgently for yet another United Nations World Population Conference.

The above will indeed have vast repercussions. I just mention two of them:
1) what will be the future evolution of planet Earth, of its economy, of its social aspects, migrations, human settlements, etc. in such a situation?
2) how will, among others, universities in rich and in poor countries conceive their role and future in such a situation?

Another big new factor in the world has come up: the unprecedented increase of human longevity, expected to further increase to 82 years in the rich countries and 70 years in the poor ones by the year 2050.

I dream of a world from which all negativity has been eradicated. We need a World Campaign for the Eradication of Negativity!
