plans, needs,
dreams,
projects,
institutions,
activities of
humans are
conceived,
financed and
implemented on
a national
level and very
little on a
world level.
The result is
an incredible
duplication of
efforts and
expenses of
190 nations
and this is
called a world
'economy'!
Outer space
beings
visiting our
planet would
call us a
still very
primitive,
retarded
species.
