[GMW #3980] Upgrade World Governance With World Union

Since no move is being made to implement the recommendation of the European Parliament that a United Nations Parliament should be created I recommend that the fifteen countries of the European Union undertake an overall, in-depth review of the United Nations and recommend ways for its urgent upgrading into or replaced by a World Union.
