I pray that Mr. Kofi Annan, the Secretary General who lived the year 2000 will leave a major testament or plan for a proper Earth government either through a reformed, substantially upgraded United Nations or a World Union on the recent model of the European Union or a totally new model of the natural, ecological regions of the Earth.
