Frank Sahlgreen, the head of the UN Center on Multi-national
Corporations, held that this center should become a full
specialized agency of the UN. Alas the contrary happened: at the
request of President Bush, Mr. Boutros Ghali suppressed the
center when he became Secretary General.

in the evolution of
the universe there
