The UN Secretary-General should convene a group of experts to draw up the statutes of a World Foundation to which people and philanthropists from around the world would be able to contribute tax-exempt donations. They live in a much vaster world, with vaster duties and a vaster audience than any Socrates, Confucius, Marcus Aurelius or Lincoln.
