~ Idea 106 ~ 24 October 1994
Out of a population of 5.6 billion humans on planet Earth, 15.3 million were born on a 24 October. They should celebrate their birthday together with the United Nations, our first universal organization, and call themselves children of the United Nations. The first person who promised me to do it was Janet Kirkpatrick of Corpus Christi in Texas during a visit of Elderhostels to the University for Peace. Some day, if excerpts from my many volumes of correspondence are published, they will be my main contribution to humanity and will illustrate what one person can do just by writing letters.
