I recommend that the Secretary General of the UN or a member government request the inscription on the agenda of the UN General Assembly of an item: Creation and plans for the creation of regional trade, economic, ecological and political communities and unions in the world. It is definitely one of the items to be included in an Inventory of Hopes at the end of this century. There exists a United Nations Writers Society which I founded. I want to write radiant works which bring joy and sunshine to the people, moral works which bring goodness and faith to the readers, informative works which bring world knowledge to my human brothers and sisters, personal stories which will inspire them. I want to exude, to exalt my joy, hope, happiness and passion for life. I beg more world servants to do the same.

You have to work at it day in and ay out, otherwise the rains wash away the soil, and the weeds get so deeply rooted that it is impossible to pull them out without destroying many good plants as well. First, and above everything else, we must have an intense desire to make this succeed. We can then work out the details of the world council and the regional councils that will be needed. We can find ways to arrive at just decisions and to enforce those decisions. We can determine which powers the nations ought to reserve to themselves, which powers will need to be delegated to regional councils, which powers ought to be held jointly by the regional councils and the world council, and which will have to be delegated to the world council alone if the peace of the world is to be preserved. The airplane, which has brought so many thousands of boys to their death, can also enforce peace. It should not be hard to work out that phase of the problem if we really want to do it."
