[GMW #4195] Use A Wholistic View For Care Of The Total Earth

[GMW #4195] Use A Wholistic View For Care Of The Total Earth Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4585 ~
We know all facets of our planetary home pretty well: its geography, its continents, its seas and oceans, its atmosphere, its biosphere, its crust and inside, etc.

But what is still missing is a wholistic view: the inter-dependence between all this, including us humans who are made and born from the Earth and will return to her.

Yes, what is missing most is a wholistic view, of the care and management of the total Earth, including ourselves, the goal of a wholistic healthy Earth and humanity.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living
Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living
Chapter 4 - On Positive Living

In the end, it is all a question of "will for life", of "passion for life", of our decision to open our mind, eyes and hearts immensely and intensely to Creation, from a flower and sunrise to God and the universe. So our passion, so our life, so the aperture of our eyes, mind, heart and soul, so the greatness of what will enter them, so the wealth of our internal self.*

This grand show is eternal. It is always sunrise somewhere; the dew is never all dried at once; a shower is forever falling; vapor is ever rising. Eternal sunrise, eternal sunset, eternal dawn and gloaming, on sea and continents and islands, each in its turn, as the round earth rolls.

[GMW #4194] Nurture Key Elements For A Better World Situation

[GMW #4194] Nurture Key Elements For A Better World Situation Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4584 ~
In brief, the key elements of the current world situation are the following:
- wars are decreasing
- violence is increasing
- population continues to explode in the poor countries
- the alarming rate of environmental degradation, Earth and nature destruction all over the world
- the increasing distance between the rich and the poor countries and inside countries in most of the world, to the point of sooner or later triggering off revolutions.

Chapter 4 - On Positive Living

Develop the art of positive living down to the last detail of your life. Close yourself totally to any negative thoughts and feelings. Be positive at every moment of your daily life until negativism keeps away from you as from an impregnable fortress. It can be done. Try it and practice it to perfection. The results are astonishing.

you must see the world.

[GMW #4193] Natural Law Party

[GMW #4193] Natural Law Party Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4583 ~
To join a peoples' association or movement is often more effective than to elect a parliamentarian belonging to an obsolete party. The only party I would vote for is the Natural Law Party created by British scientists and existing in more than a hundred countries.

Chapter 4 - On Positive Living

This diplomat with whom I am working is already finished: his eyes are sad, his cheeks are sagging, his color is yellow, his shoulders are collapsed, his walk is sluggish, his hair is sickish, he smokes incessantly and talks pessimistically. I am sure he also drinks. He is no longer a human being who really wants to live. The nerve of life has abandoned him. His whole being has said good-bye to the world. What a pity! Will I be able to help him, to awaken him? I must try.

[GMW #4192] Compile & Celebrate The Good Actions Done For A Better, Happier, Peaceful World

[GMW #4192] Compile & Celebrate The Good Actions Done For A Better, Happier, Peaceful World Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4582 ~
I hope that every continent, region and nation on Earth will submit to the United Nations General Assembly early in the third millennium a report on the good actions they have done for a better, more peaceful, happier world since the creation of the UN. Here are a few big examples:

- the early common decision of the Latin American countries not to equip themselves with nuclear arms (Treaty of Tlatelolco)
- the end of the cold war decided by the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries.
- the creation of the borderless European Union of 15 countries.

Example of a country, Costa Rica:

- its demilitarization by constitution in 1949;
- the Nobel Peace Prize to President Oscar Arias for his peace results in Central America;
- the adopted proposal by Costa Rica to have the yearly opening of the UN General Assembly declared International Day of Peace;
- the creation of the post of High Commissioner of Human Rights by the United Nations;
- the declaration of several world cease-fires (on occasion of the 50th anniversary of the UN, the Olympics, etc.);
- the creation of the UN University for Peace in Costa Rica
- the creation by the 1992 UN World Conference on the Environment in Rio de Janeiro of an Earth Council located in Costa Rica
- the happiness of all mothers in Costa Rica who, when giving birth to a son know that he will never be a soldier.

Chapter 4 - On Positive Living

A wise lady who at the age of 84 was still organizing each year a UN Day of Prayer on 24 October in her city of St. Augustine, Florida, always stamped these appropriate words by Edmund Burke on her mail:

"All that is necessary for evil to flourish is that good people do nothing."

We should all stamp on our mail some positive, inspiring saying which will help good and happiness prevail on Earth.
