The multiplication of conferences around the world is causing a lot of pollution (airplane and car exhausts, nature destruction: building of hotels, conference facilities, etc.) Costa Rican peasants are convinced that exhausts from airplanes are cause of changes in the rainy period. When invited to a conference excuse yourself unless it is of critical, vital importance to you.
