Excerpts of all ideas on a particular subject of major concern to humanity and to the Earth are a progress but they are insufficient. I will therefore recommend the following:
Several world commissions of eminent personalities were created on a whole series of urgent, preoccupying world subjects, problems and potentialities. Many of them are listed in these ideas (see Indexes). They too are a new, most important anthropological world sociological phenomenon.
I consider it to be of urgent, vital interest for humanity to convene a World Conference on New Major Anthropological Global Phenomena, Means and Evolutionary Institutions.

Chapter 5 - Of Love The healing power of love should be studied and taught in all Faculties of Medicine.
