But then, as I receive so many letters from people who have created new movements for a better world under so many names I come to the conclusion that governments will finally get together to make it a better world. The cold war with Russia is gone. China is a member of the United Nations so there will be no cold war with that country. A European Union without borders between fifteen countries has been created. Well, let us follow these good examples and create as quickly as possible a World Union. A good beginning would be the creation of a Parliament of the United Nations as recommended by the European Parliament.
