In a letter to the UN Secretary General and important
world personalities I made this point:
If we had a proper Earth government, nations would no longer have to spend money on spying on the intentions and doings of other countries. There would be a World Police to insure world peace. Such a World Police would look into groupings of people menacing world peace.
