I recommend that the UN General Assembly should decide that each member government will give one or more fellowships to their young people desirous to study at the UN University for Peace in Costa Rica. Governments should follow the example of the United States where each of the fifty states is required to give two fellowships each for students at West Point (army), Annapolis (navy) and Colorado Springs (air force).
