8 September 1998 As part of a much needed World Spiritual Renaissance I recommend that governments at all levels should not hesitate to help religions financially, for example for the maintenance of religious buildings and sacred sites. I would recommend that a part of the reduction in military expenditures should go to spiritual expenditures. God and the saints in heaven would rejoice. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II Chapter 13 - Of Speaking Remark of a little boy to his mother when he came home from a Robert Muller school: "Mammy, did you know that we are living in heaven?" Every head of state and every human being should remember this and derive from it a deep joy and sense of responsibility.
