These sums must urgently be transferred to the salvation of the Earth and the continuance of our evolution. All national security systems must be replaced by a world security system the plans of which have existed since World War II but were not implemented because of the cold war. That obstacle is now removed. It must become the priority one item on the UN's agenda.
