The UN should also survey the hidden aspects of foreign "aid", henceforth to be called reparations:

the amount of that aid which the rich countries give to the poor countries in order to buy armaments or goods and services which are useless to them;

also the votes extorted from them in the United Nations and other international agencies.

This is a whole field which requires investigation.
