Hello: I am sending photos from Anoo School in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. I am in the final steps of converting the school to the World Core Curriculum. Anoo is a public school but privately funded for children too poor to pay for public school. There are 130 students in grades one through seven. I took these photos last week when I spent time there with the teachers and students in the conversion. You see the students sitting on the floor as they usually do. The two upper grades have benches sand seats, the rest sit on the floor. They are a happy and enthusiastic group with lots of potential if given the chance. They have few resources which is one thing I am working on in implementing the WWC. I talked to the student body about being a sister school with a school in Greece.
