Henceforth the Secretary General of the United Nations should issue each year a State of the World report and each UN specialized agency and world program a state of the world report in their respective fields. A comprehensive, unprecedented State of the World 2000 should be planned for the Bimillennium, covering our progress, failures and mistakes over the last hundred years, and outlining our dreams, plans, ideas and what God and evolution expect from us during the next century and millennium. Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Beauty and Arts Art and life must be one. Art is spirituality. Art is thought. Art is imagination. Art is feeling. Art is action. Art is the highest expression of being. *
