In order to remain closest to cosmic laws and understanding of our individual role in the evolution of the life on our planet, we must eat and drink only what is natural produced by the sun and the nature of our Earth the same way as we still breathe natural air;
We must drink pure, natural water, nothing else.
We must eat natural foods and avoid especially canned foods and old, preserved foods.
We must limit to the maximum consuming animal foods.
We must give highest priority and respect for fresh vegetables.

Far more serious than tobacco and alcohol is the contamination of our food supply by genetic manipulation.
Tobacco and alcohol is minor in importance by comparison, as mankind cannot live a healthy life when food is poisoned by GMO companies whose only thought is the money that can be made.
