#2082] Revise UN Charter To Nurture Earth, Nature, Resources,
Environment And Be More Responsive To Earth And Humanity's Challenges

I recommend therefore that the Charter be revised in order to make it more responsive to the new environmental challenges faced by the Earth and humanity. Attention should be paid to the recommendation of the European Parliament to set up an International Environment Court, a World Environment Agency and a Consultative Parliamentary Assembly of the UN.
