The International Maritime Organization, the International Civil Aviation Organization and the Regional Transport Commissions of the United Nations would be constituent parts of it. One decision we should request from a World Road Transportation Agency is the world- wide abolition of road tolls which cause a lot of air pollution due to the increase of gasoline needed to put again the heavy weight of cars into motion. Another highly urgent matter would be the production of electrical cars.
