Dear Emily Cousins and Dan Scott,
The best loving wish we can address to you on your wedding day is to consider yourselves from the very beginning what we are being called now, namely a cosmic couple. This lesson was given to us by the Mayan Indians who told us that we were wrong to consider the individual as the basic cosmic unit. In their cosmology the couple is the fundamental cosmic unit, because in the couple the previous life experiences and cosmic evolution of all ancestors are combined and transmitted to their children and descendants who will continue humanity's evolution. Please adopt love, spirituality and the cosmic nature of your union as the highest values of your lives. And try to be as wonderful as is Emily's father, our beloved friend Ewert Cousins.
