There is a great need for global saints. My candidates would be Dag Hammarskjöld, U Thant and Robert Schuman. I am glad to be a member of the canonization committee of the latter. Perhaps the United Religions Organization could proclaim global, planetic saints. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II Chapter 15 - Of Beauty and Art Look out for good and beauty, cultivate good and beauty, and you will live a heavenly, beautiful life. Perhaps this is the way.
