My answers are: I seldom read newspapers or look only for the essential good news. I do not watch television. I never read magazines. I do not smoke. I do not drink any alcohol (Muslim language Al and kohl, the Devil) and never drink any unnatural so-called soft drinks. I mostly eat natural vegetarian, organic foods. We live in nature on a sacred hill where longevity is longest. We go to bed at 8:00 PM at the latest and are awakened by the rise of three cocks and their hens. We thank God every day for our life in nature in our beautiful Rancho de la Paz in Costa Rica.
