Second Minute: It took millions of years for planet Earth to lose it nuclear radiations after it emerged from the sun and be finally able to give birth to life on its surface. And we, the 'most intelligent species' renuclearize it with atomic weapons and hundreds of nuclear energy plants whose radioactive wastes will require thousands of years to lose their radiations. Third Minute: I pray God that the US will come up with a plan at the Heads of States General Assembly in September 2000 for the destruction of all nuclear weapons on Earth and the creation of a UN World Energy Agency into which the International Atomic Energy Agency will be integrated.
