If there existed a central World Ministry of Education there would be standard world books on the basic, essential information and knowledge to be given to all children of the world." I have recommended as priority number one on this planet, as an absolute, urgent necessity the creation of a proper Earth and Humanity government.  But I am a voice in the desert.  You could have given another example of Earth savings, namely military expenditures and armaments whose duplication by 176 nations is astronomical and yet nothing is being done about it. The administration and management of this planet are so deeply, so totally wrong, so awfully entrenched and retarded in old obsolete values and beliefs that it might change only with a revolution or with disasters.
