The two could be merged into a World, Earth and People Protectors Service (WEPPS). Individual nations could take these two steps nationally providing a good example to other countries. I expressed the hope at the time that peace will prevail on Earth when all national armies around the globe will become parts of a United Nations World Peacekeeping Allied Troop.
