They were accused to be bird watchers.  When the UN Economic and Social Council in 1970 decided to hold a world conference on the environment, a diplomat exclaimed, "The United Nations have opened their door to the bird watchers." Today in 2002 innumerable people have become Earth watchers, very concerned about the future and fate of Mother Earth.  This is quite a change from the time of the bird watchers. But who is listening to them? Everybody is talking about youth. But who is listening to them? Everybody is talking about women. But who listens to them? Everybody is talking about the elderly. But who is listening to them? In each Parliament on this planet a voice should be given to children, youth, women and the elderly.  They should be well represented in national governments and all public administrations. They should have a voice in the United Nations and in all world agencies. They should be represented in all municipalities and cities and last but not least in world corporations. The United Nations should publish a yearly report on that representation.
