Attacking the roots is unpopular. This applies one hundred percent to our current world society. An innumerable number of evils and misdoings, injustices are being attacked by the people, but the root of most of them, namely the national sovereignty of the 189 states which divide among themselves the territory of this planet, is not. How on Earth can we then speak of a people's voice and of a world democracy? George Washington was so right when he said, "The primary cause of all disorders lies in the different state governments and in the tenacity of that power which pervades the whole of their systems." He had the courage and was lucky to obtain that these provincial sovereignties were ended by the creation of the United States. And the world will be saved only if we create a United World, a World Union of all nations.
