[GMW #3843] Nurture Appropriate Ideas To Deal With Drastic Climate Change

[GMW #3843] Nurture Appropriate Ideas To Deal With Drastic Climate Change Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4238 ~
Given the drastic reduction of rainfall in Costa Rica during the rainy period due to the climatic effects on the Niño current it might be appropriate for the Costa Rican government to prohibit the construction of swimming pools in that country.

The Span of Life
At any time of our life we must be always ready to fulfill our inborn greatness, dreams or vocation.  We must never cease to do that.

Where Dance, Design & Inner Transformation Meet
At the end of her first day at her first job at a prestigious design firm in Mumbai, 20-year-old Miti Desai came home and wept for five hours straight. Questioned by her concerned parents, the explanation that instinctively rose to her lips was this: "Every aspect of what happens there ultimately comes down to a financial transaction. I can't live my life that way." Twelve days later she quit. A few months later she flew to Atlanta, Georgia, a freshly enrolled graduate student of the Portfolio Center. A week after classes began she turned up at the dean's office with an announcement: "I think I need to leave the school." Why? "Everything were being asked to create here is commercial." Read on to learn how this disenchanted design student went on to become a renowned classical Indian dancer -- who now designs from the inside out. { read more }

[GMW #3842] Implement Simon Bolivar's Fourth Branch Of Government - Morality

[GMW #3842] Implement Simon Bolivar's Fourth Branch Of Government - Morality   Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000

To exercise control over the multinational corporations it would be good to implement Simon Bolivar's proposal that nations should create a fourth branch of government, namely a Branch of Morality.

We are unique and fundamentally the same from birth to death. And yet every person we meet changes us a little, as one atomic particle changes another on its path.

[GMW #3841] The Absolute, Urgent Need For Proper Earth Government

[GMW #3841] The Absolute, Urgent Need For Proper Earth Government Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4236 ~
It took ten years for the Constitution of the United States to be adopted and to put an end to the chaotic situation between the American States. It took forty-three years to create the European Union to finally get peace and cooperation between arch enemies like France and Germany and a total of fifteen European countries.

One wonders how many years or decades it will take to create a proper Earth government, a United States of the World or a World Union between 189 nations.

It seems impossible to obtain agreement between so many heterogeneous nations. Nevertheless it must be urgently achieved.

There are various ways of doing it which I have outlined in the concluding proposals of my 4000 ideas. You can obtain them by ordering the publication The Absolute, Urgent Need for Proper Earth Government from Barbara Gaughen Muller.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 1 -
The Span of Life
Life is a circle.  We are born, we grow, we rise, we descend, we return to Earth — the Mother of us all, Mater Omnium as the Romans said —, and we will be born again.

Like the stars in heaven, like the vast universe, like an atom, we are all circles.  There is no beginning and no end.  There is no spontaneous generation from the void.  There is no death and emptiness.  We all come from somewhere and are going somewhere.

All reality, all life are endless, temporary manifestations of a universal, mysterious, still unexplained cosmic energy or force, divinity or creative Godhead.

The Human Library: Talking to Books
Instead of borrowing a book at this library, you can borrow a person!

The intention behind the Human Library is to connect people to members of communities who are not well understood by the general public. In this video, Rachel Bergen shares, "Before today, I had never even met a medium, a transgender person, or someone with EB, but here I had the chance to even ask them personal questions and really see a glimpse of life through their eyes."Designed to create space for positive conversations that defy stereotypes and prejudices, the Human Library is changing the world, one interaction at a time. { read more }

[GMW #3840] Childrens' Demands For Peace - A Beautiful Example For Peace And Non-Violence

[GMW #3840] Childrens' Demands For Peace - A Beautiful Example For Peace And Non-Violence  Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4235 ~
The United Nations, UNICEF and UNESCO gave a beautiful example by having the years 2001 to 2010 declared a World Decade of Peace and Non-violence for the Children. During the first week of the United Nations General Assembly in September 2001 heads of states assembled and listened to the children's demands for peace.

Hopefully they will provide the children of the world with the peace they are demanding.

THE NEW GENESIS

And God saw that all nations of the Earth, black and white, poor and rich, from North and South, from East and West, and of all creeds were sending their emissaries to a tall glass house on the shores of the River of the Rising Sun, on the Island of Manhattan, to study together, to think together and to care together for the world and all its people.

And God said: that is good.
And it was the first day of the New Age of the Earth.

And God saw that soldiers of peace were separating the combatants of quarreling nations, that differences were being resolved by negotiation and reason instead of arms, and that the leaders of nations were seeing each other, talking to each other and joining their hearts, minds, souls and strength for the benefit of all humanity.

And God said: that is good.
And it was the second day of the Planet of Peace.

And God saw that humans were loving the whole Creation, the stars and the sun, the day and the night, the air and the oceans, the earth and the waters, the fishes and the fowl, the flowers and the herbs, and all their human brethren and sisters.

And God said: That is good
And it was the third day of the Revered, Happy Planet.

And God saw that humans were suppressing hunger, disease, ignorance and suffering all over the globe, providing each human person with a decent, conscious and happy life, and reducing the greed, the power and the wealth of the few.

And God said: that is good.
And it was the fourth day of the Planet of Justice.

And God saw that humans were living in harmony with their planet and in peace with one another, wisely managing their resources, avoiding waste, curbing excesses, replacing hatred with love, greed with contentment, arrogance with humility, division with cooperation, and mistrust with understanding.

And God said: that is good.
And it was the fifth day of the Golden Planet.

And God saw that people were destroying their arms, bombs, missiles, warships and warplanes, dismantling their bases and disbanding their armies, keeping only policemen of peace to protect the good from the bad and the normal from the mad.

And God said: that is good
And it was the sixth day of the Planet of Reason.

And God saw humans restore God and the human person as the Alpha and Omega, reducing institutions, beliefs, politics, governments and all human entities to mere servants of God, of the Earth and of the people.  And God saw them adopt as their supreme law: 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind and all your strength.  You shall love your neighbor as yourself.  There is no greater commandment than these'

And God said: that is good.
And it was the seventh day of the Planet of God.

[GMW #3839] Families That Ask - What Have We Contributed To Peace & A Better World

[GMW #3839] Families That Ask - What Have We Contributed To Peace & A Better World Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4234 ~
The family is the most durable and only natural group or association of humans on this planet.

How wonderful it would be if father, mother, grandparents and children would be very active, imaginative and enthusiastic to make the family the most beautiful, wonderful, model social unit on Earth, contributing to a better world.

Yes, what an eye-opening question it would be: what has our family contributed to peace and a better world?

NEW GENESIS
Since most of my books are out of print and New Genesis, Shaping a Global Spirituality will soon be too, I add here its conclusion which has moved many people around the world.*

My Final Prayer:

O God, I do not know who You are, but I am in exultant joy before the magnificence of Your creation.

O God, I do not know why You gave me life, but I thank You with every fiber of my heart for having lit up in me the divine spark of light in the vast, incomprehensible universe.

O God, I know that I come from You, that I am part of You, that I will return to You, and that there will be no end to my rebirth in the eternal stream of Your splendid creation.

O God, I do not know why You created light and darkness, happiness and despair, good and evil, love and hatred, creation and destruction, matter and void, and allowed us to choose constantly between the two, but I know that it is my duty and joy to throw down my gauntlet for light, brightness, compassion, goodness, happiness, truthfulness, life, beauty and love.

O God, only You know the meaning of all there is in the heavens and on Earth.  Why don't You return again to tell us once more what our lives and destiny should truly be?

O God, I cannot define You, I cannot see You, I cannot perceive You, I cannot understand You, I cannot embrace You, but I can most definitely feel You, love You and know that You are.

Please, O God, have pity on us and allow us to become at long last a warless, weaponless, hungerless, horrorless, just, kind, truthful, thankful, loving and happy planet.

O God, help me to show through my life that this is the Planet of God. Please.
