I suggest the creation of a World Non-governmental
Organization on World Awards. They would publish information
on all philanthropic, gaiaphilic and other awards given around
the world.

The Charter of the United Nations was signed on 26 June 1945 in the City of San Francisco, named after St. Francis. A bust of St. Francis was inaugurated on the grounds of the UN University for Peace near my office, with a mass on 11 March 1998, my 75th birthday.
