[GMW #3821] Stay With God, Listen, See - Care For Nature's Needs

[GMW #3821] Stay With God, Listen, See - Care For Nature's Needs Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4216 ~
God Rasur: "Why dear Robert, have you stayed away from here so long? I missed you. I have only you to talk to. You were told and you saw at your return that we are facing serious climatic changes here on our hills and that soon the water will have to be sought from the valley instead of sources from rainfalls on the hills supplying the valleys. Please, dear son, remain with us, be faithful and be aware and care for our needs. Your God and I wanted it that you should acquire this sacred blessed land where from you would give the right warnings and messages to the world. Please remain with us my son. Mother Earth and I, we beg you."

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 7 - Return to Mother Earth
No earthly work done for God can be defeated. The success of our work will be our prolongation or resurrection.

You've discovered a wellspring, simply allow it to flow and it will fill your world.
Don't try to keep a safe distance so as to see what happens.
Don't wait to be certain before you take a step.

What you give, you will receive,
although it might sometimes come from the place you least expect.

[GMW #3820] World Climate Requires Quick Actions - Starting 2001

[GMW #3820] World Climate Requires Quick Actions - Starting 2001 Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4215 ~
August 2001 Returning to Costa Rica after two months in the United States I noticed the absence of the usual daily heavy rains during the prevailing rainy season. A lake on our farm, which replenishes every rainy season and a beautiful brook we have along our property, are both completely dry. I have never seen this during the past six years.

Francisco, our caretaker, confirmed that this was unprecedented in Costa Rica. So far there had been only three heavy rainfalls since the beginning of the rainy season while traditionally it rains strongly every day. The local population places the blame on the Niño current which is undergoing changes as a result of climatic changes.

I told him that when I was at the UN we received in the 1970's letters from scientists who pressed us to convene a world conference on climatic changes.

They predicted that the world would suffer from very fundamental ones. I was instrumental in convening a first World Conference on the Climate in 1979. I will never forget the prediction of the scientists that around the year 2020 all major ocean currents on this planet, including the Niño will change direction and that it would take a long time to see them return to their current course. It was even doubtful that they ever would.

It is only now, in the year 2001 that the world's governments recognize that we are facing a world climate problem. Let us hope that this recognition will be quickly followed by actions.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 7 - Return to Mother Earth
Sometimes I would like to live on this Earth as a saint or as a spirit, but my body is too heavy.  Perhaps when my soul will be liberated from my body I will remain on Earth as a spirit.  Perhaps that is the will of God or of evolution.

Forests, lakes, and rivers, clouds and winds, stars and flowers, stupendous glaciers and crystal snowflakes - every form of animate or inanimate existence, leaves its impress upon the soul of man.

[GMW #3819] Resolving Global Problems National Problems

[GMW #3819] Resolving Global Problems National Problems Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4214 ~
Yes, violence against nature and violence of the poor against the rich are the two basic new problems in the evolution of humanity after the unresolved overpopulation problem and the world climate problem.

National problems are more and more overtaken by very sizable, preoccupying global problems, including increasing global protests, demonstrations, revolution and terrorism.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 7 - Return to Mother Earth
The end of our journey is not calvary and disintegration, but heaven and resurrection, cosmic and divine integration or reintegration.

[GMW #3818] Have The Intelligence, Audacity, Vital Imagination To Face And Solve New Problems World Problems

[GMW #3818] Have The Intelligence, Audacity, Vital Imagination To Face And Solve New Problems World Problems  Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4213 ~
After a lifetime of work in the UN I consider that international peace is no longer the main issue in the world.

Yes, there remain the three main unresolved conflicts of the Middle East, Kashmir and Cyprus, all of a religious, fundamentalist nature which hopefully can be resolved by the new United Religions Initiative.

Yes, there remain active sovereignty claims and conflicts such as those of Iraq over Kuwait. Yes there remain several ethnic conflicts in Africa due to the arbitrary borders drawn by the former colonial powers. But basically nations do not dream anymore of invading other nations. They are content and busy enough with what they have and sometimes even are creating unions with other nations such as the very outstanding European Union of fifteen formerly quarreling nations.

The two major new world problems and challenges are: 1. the unprecedented war against nature, 2. the rising violence between the increasingly excessively rich humans and the increasingly poor ones in the world and inside nations. Yes, two completely new, very sizable problems have arisen in the world as we enter a new century and millennium.

We must have the intelligence, the audacity and the vital imagination to face and solve them.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 7 - Return to Mother Earth
I tried to make my life a progress, a sanctification of humanity and of this planet.  I tried to be a cosmic being.  And cosmic beings continue to live through their works.  For example, I will live through my descendants, through the United Nations and through the University for Peace.

[GMW #3817] Democracy & Terrocracy Nurturing Planet Eart

[GMW #3817] Democracy & Terrocracy Nurturing Planet Earth  Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4212 ~
There is one more word which the scientists could derive from the Greek language as they love to do: oikoscracy or ecocracy from oikos, the home and kratein, to rule. Democracy, the rule of the people should now be complemented by the rule of the Earth, terracracy, or ecocracy.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 7 - Return to Mother Earth
This Earth is sanctified by all our human brethren and sisters who have walked on it before us.  Our dead are sacred.  Their spirit is still around us, in the rocks, in the soil, in the trees, in the waters, in the air, in our minds, in human achievements.  Let us never forget our predecessors.  Let us love, remember and honor them.
