To have a baby in the United States and in western countries
is becoming more and more difficult.
Husbands and wives often must both work. There are also often the high education costs of children. This is why the population of the so-called 'rich' countries will diminish by 40 million between now and the year 2050 (from 1.2 billion to 1.16) while the population of the poor countries will increase by 3.05 billion people reaching 7.75 billion in 2050. What a revolutionary world situation this will create! I would not be surprised if it created more terrorism (written early in 2001). We are merely absorbed, recycled by our Mother Earth.
