They can have a beautiful identity, personality and nature visiting us like loving, caring angels mostly during the night, at dawn or during meditation; Or they are the result of our consciousness: we know that something is wrong, is not correct, is not beneficial to ourselves, to our couple, to our family or to the whole humanity and Earth in the present and/or the future; and we see what would be right. These consciousnesses, especially the cosmic global ones are the new, wonderful, magical ways of the evolution of planet Earth suddenly born and embodied in the Earth's most advanced species, namely the human one. They will be our salvation. They are the new values which will bring about peace and paradise on Earth. For my numerous ideas I was called the Prophet of Hope in the United Nations, but I have no personal merit. They were simply the result of my life through war and peace and many years in the first universal global organization of the Earth. I recommend that like in the case of the Declaration of Fundamental Human Rights a Department and High Commissioner for Earth Rights should be created in the United Nations with the principal task to follow, report on and assure implementation of these new, vital charters. Well, I go further and recommend that all people of the planet born on one of the international or world days proclaimed by the United Nations should celebrate their birthday together on that day and be particularly conscious of its message. I give two examples: the yearly Earth Day on the Spring Equinox and World Environment Day on 5 June. In the Annex to Part II of this volume you will find the list of world days proclaimed by the United Nations. The people born on those days can co-celebrate them. It would increase the global consciousness of humanity.
