In many countries there are national academies,
for example the French Academy, or similar institutions of which
the top thinkers and most prominent personalities of countries are
members. I recommend that Academies be created in all countries
and that in all such institutions commissions dealing with the
world's global problems and future, including the long-term
future, be created.
