I will recommend that this committee be composed of astronauts who have been in outer space and have seen the Earth from the heavens. That astronautic committee, in addition to judging how the Earth and nations are fairing, would recommend what next steps should be taken to make ours a perfectly administered, inhabited, happy planet and what further evolution is expecting from us.
