Efforts and support should therefore go to the extension of the fifteen member states of the European Union to other countries in the world. That was the dream of my compatriot Robert Schuman who saw as the first two steps the inclusion of holy Mother Russia and of the eastern European countries in the Union and the creation of Eurafrica. The United Nations should be the first to do it.
